The new RunX app offers a wide range of workouts for all race distances, developed by Coach and U.S. Olympian Kate O'Neill Tenforde. With pre-programmed workouts, you can simply select and start running. Whether you want to challenge yourself or train for a race, there are plenty of fun daily workouts to choose from.

Designed for both experienced and new runners, the RunX GPS running app provides patented training tools to enhance your fitness and improve your race times. With our patented run heart rate benchmarking and lactate threshold tracking, you can see your fitness progress and become faster.

We provide guidance on how fast to run, giving you a target pace for each run. As your training advances, you'll engage in different runs at various paces, each serving a specific purpose such as endurance, speed, or power.

Monitor your fitness improvement with our integrated heart rate tracking tools. You can test your fitness at any time by performing tailored workouts with automatically personalized goals and parameters. Please note that in order to take advantage of our heart-rate based features, you need to wear a Bluetooth heart rate monitor (sold separately).

By tracking your heart rate fitness, we can update your target paces, ensuring that you always run at an optimal speed - neither too slow nor too fast. This way, you can maximize the benefits of each run and progress more effectively.

Race smarter with our Race Predictor feature. With your predicted race pace, you can determine how fast to start the race in order to achieve your best possible time.
